02 · About

A family union — guides into silence.

We are Artem and Anna — a creative and family union, certified guides into the world of meditation and deep self-discovery through sound.

Our qualification is confirmed by international diplomas in Sound Healing & Sound Meditation, received at Sound of Himalaya Meditation Center & Eco Farm (Pokhara, Nepal) — accredited by Yoga Alliance (YACEP) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).

03 · For whom

For those who need a true pause

01

Tired achievers

Top executives and entrepreneurs in deadline and burnout mode. They need deep mental detox in 60 minutes — without a retreat trip.

02

Seeking meditation

They want to meditate but cannot stop the inner dialogue. For them, binaural beats are a technological bridge into silence.

03

Wellness & biohacking

Yoga, pilates, Oura Ring, Apple Watch. They view sound as a tool for restoring the nervous system at the cellular level.

04

Holistic culture

Osteopathy, ayurveda, chakra work. For them, forged Full Moon bowls are a powerful sacred instrument.

05

Experienced practitioners

They have their own spiritual foundation of any direction. Mā works as a catalyst and amplifier of their own practice.

Full Moon Bowls

seven metals · seven centers

Forged from seven metals on the night of a full moon. Each bowl is tuned to one of the seven energetic centers.

The dense rim produces a stable, lasting vibration that penetrates deep into the body.

Purpose

Grounding, physical relaxation, work with lower and middle chakras.

Brainwave Bowls

binaural rhythms · theta state

A set specifically created for sound meditations and immersion into binaural rhythms.

Neural activity slows down, the nervous system shifts into a theta state of profound relaxation.

Purpose

Sound meditations, mental work, synchronization of the hemispheres.

06 · Philosophy

Balance

of sound and silence

Mā is the Eastern aesthetic concept of the pause, the interval, the space between.

In music, Mā is the silence between notes that gives them meaning. Without it, sound becomes noise.

In our studio, this principle becomes practice. The sound of singing bowls is the bridge. But what matters most happens not in the sound itself — but in what remains after. In the silence. In the pause. In Mā.

06 · Philosophy

Sessions take place in complete silence

No words, no explanations, no social interaction. Only sound — and the space it opens within you.

We believe: true relaxation and self-knowledge are possible only where external noise ends — and your inner silence begins.

07 · Method

The Binaural Effect

frequency following response

When two sounds with a frequency difference of up to 35 Hz reach the left and right ears separately, the brain doesn't perceive them as two distinct tones. It subtracts one frequency from the other and generates a third — one that doesn't exist in physical space. That is the binaural beat.

4–8 Hz · theta range

A difference of 4–8 Hz places the brain into deep meditation and creative flow. Cortisol levels drop, serotonin and melatonin production rises, and the nervous system shifts from stress mode into natural recovery. The mechanism is called frequency following response — the brain's ability to synchronize with an external rhythm and follow it.

L · 200 Hz ⌖ Brain · 6 Hz θ R · 206 Hz

two tones → one brain rhythm

08 · Effect

What happens to the brain

01

Stress reduction

Theta rhythms consistently reduce cortisol — the stress hormone. The relaxation response is recorded in controlled clinical studies.

02

Nervous system restoration

Parasympathetic activity strengthens, sympathetic activity decreases. The body shifts from stress mode into natural recovery.

03

Clarity & emotional balance

The theta state improves attention, working memory, and emotional regulation — the very faculties most damaged by chronic stress.

09 · Principles

We are only guides

I.

We do not teach

No ready-made recipes, dogmas, or spiritual prescriptions. Only sound — and your own space within.

II.

We do not heal

We use the physics of sound and certified techniques to create a safe space where the body itself initiates the processes of self-restoration.

III.

We do not communicate

Silence does not end with the sound of the last bowl. We protect the space of your inner experience — and do not interfere with it.

IV.

We are a bridge

We gently take you by the hand at the threshold of outer noise and leave you alone with your true nature in the space of silence.

10 · Practice

Rules of the session — and of silence

A few simple agreements that protect the space and your experience.

I

Arrive 15 minutes early

Time to step out of the day, change, and let the body settle.

II

Silence from the threshold

We do not greet with words. From entry — only presence.

III

Phones fully off

Not silent mode — fully off. Sound carries; vibrations carry further.

IV

Comfort over form

Loose clothing, warm socks. Mats and blankets are provided.

V

Light, sober body

No heavy food two hours before. No alcohol on the day.

VI

10 minutes after

When the last bowl falls silent — stay. Leave when ready.
